Before You Leave for the Honeymoon…

It’s almost your wedding day which means one thing: The Honeymoon is almost here! Before you hit the slopes or the beach, here are a few things to remember to do before you leave home for an extended period of time:
Lock the house: Make sure your home is locked up tight so there will be no unwelcome surprises when you return home. Now’s a good time to consider a home security alarm (hint: Google something like home security clermont florida to find deals in your particular area) and be sure to tell your neighbors you’ll be gone for a while.
Get the gifts: Be sure to designate a friend or family member to bring home all the wedding gifts for the big day left they get left at the reception site when you’re done! If you’ve got a wedding planner, they should take care of it but assign the task or it won’t get done.
Take your Thank Yous: What better time to fill out those dreaded thank you notes than on a long flight on the way to your honeymoon destination? For airport only, thank you notes are a time killer and a welcome honeymoon activity that feels easy yet productive.
